Sales Supervisor - Retail Job

Sameer Enterprises Ltd DBA Cell Fixe is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Sales Supervisor - Retail at Surrey, BC, V3W 2P2 (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 36.60/hr and 30-40 hours/week.

Job Description:

Oversee staff including apprentices, stagehands, and the design team
Delegate tasks to sales team members
Recruit, train, or coordinate training for staff
Place orders for merchandise
Approve merchandise returns
Conduct sales transactions
Generate reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel
Handle customer requests, complaints, and supply issues
Organize and maintain inventory
Manage cash handling
Perform opening and closing procedures
Monitor incoming shipments
