Work Location:: On site
Salary:: $37.00 hourly / 32 hours per week
Terms of Emplyment:: Permanent employment Full time Early morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, Overtime required
Start Date:: Starts as soon as possible

Duties
• Facilitate payment procedures and return of commodities/products
• Direct sales staff and other cashiers
• Record expenditure and sales figures regularly
• Schedule shifts and designate job duties to sales workers/cashiers
• Entertain customer complaints, requests, or shortage of regular supply
• Regular maintenance of merchandise
• Compose sales reports, inventory reports and team reports
• Recruit/train/coach new team members and monitor their performance
• Maintain store displays, general appearance of store and ensure cleanliness
• Frame new marketing policies
• Take measures to minimize stock damages, theft, or wastage
