Wage: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on work experience)
Working hours: Average 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 % vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation

Job duties and responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers;
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules to ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers;
• Process returns and refunds according to store policy;
• Maintain inventory and ensure products are properly displayed;
• Assist customers and sell merchandise when required;
• Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages;
• Order merchandise and maintain inventory records;
• Report sales results and staff performance to management;
• Hire, train, and monitor performance of new sales staff.

Qualifications
• Completion of secondary school is required;
• Since we are looking for an experienced person, we require 2+ years of experience in retail sales;
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate leadership skills;
• Working knowledge of English.
