Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations and support the performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring sales performance, assisting customer relationships and ensuring sales targets are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
Duties
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Oversee payroll administration
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
Qualifications
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• 1-2 years of similar experience
