Job Responsibilities
-Supervise daily sales activity, provide appropriate feedback, direction and execution, ensure sales results, goals and individual accountability are communicated to team members.
-Actively lead by example and inspire others to generate clientele and maximize customer retention through engagement and sustained relationships.
-Serve as a role model and empower the team to prioritize a customer-first experience, fostering a sales and service culture that consistently meets and exceeds sales goals.
-Ensure the smooth operation of store procedures and workflow, proactively address any potential issues.
-Maintain proper stocking and merchandising in alignment with established standards, maintain and manage a professional, healthy, and productive work environment alongside team in store.
-Analyze sales reports to identify sales opportunities, support the management in the delivery of on-going training and follow up as required.
-Manage advertisements and social media, train new staff .
