Supervise staff
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for retail spaces and other exhibitions
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Manage cash
Conduct performance reviews
