Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate sales staff;
• Assign duties and prepare work schedules for full-time, part-time and contract workers;
• Approve payments and the return of merchandise;
• Solve problems, such as customer complaints and products shortages;
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise;
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, product supply and human resources;
• Assist with areas of the company’s online sales, such as scheduling workers to fulfill orders for pick up or delivery;
• Hire, train or arrange training of new sales staff;
• Conduct sales staff performance reviews;
• Address problems with workers;
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs;
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.

Skills requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years;
- Must be able to work under the following conditions:

• Manual dexterity;
• Attention to detail.
