Primary Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Authorize return and sell of merchandise.
• Organize and coordinate work schedules for sales representatives and other workers, ensure adequate staffing levels for opening and closing.
• Lead in the development of training procedures and in the actual training process of new sales team members.
• Manage weekly team work schedule, address payroll, absenteeism and vacation requests.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
