Sales Supervisor Job

Main duties:
1. Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers, as well as sales activities.
2. Arrange employees' work schedules reasonably to ensure sufficient staffing during business hours.
3. Handle customer payments, returns, complaints, and special requests, ensuring timely resolution to guarantee customer satisfaction.
4. Regularly check inventory to ensure the store is well-stocked and maintain good communication with suppliers to promptly order needed products.
5. Prepare and analyze sales data, formulate improvement measures to enhance sales performance.
6. Responsible for recruiting and training new employees, ensuring that sales personnel thoroughly understand the store's products to provide professional answers to customers’ enquiries.
7. Regularly evaluate employees' performance, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
8. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, ensuring products displays organized and appealing. Design and organize in-store promotions and advertising signs to attract customers.
9. Responsible for opening and closing the store, handling escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies.
10. Manage in-store phone and online ordering system, coordinate online shopping procedures, including order processing, packing, and shipping, to ensure prompt service.
11. Personally participate in sales and cashier work during peak periods or employee absences.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory position.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail management software.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
7. High level of integrity and reliability.
8. Passion for providing excellent customer service.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
