Position Details
Employment Term: Full-time, Permanent
Hourly Wage: $20
Weekly Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities
-Supervise and guide the sales team to meet sales goals while helping them improve their
product knowledge and customer service skills
-Make sure every customer gets personal attention and is satisfied with their shopping
experience, addressing any issues or concerns quickly
-Work with management to put sales strategies in place and adjust as needed to help boost sales
and meet targets
-Keep an eye on stock levels of dresses, tuxedos, and accessories, ensuring popular items are
always available and ordering more when necessary
-Ensure all clothing is well-organized, clean, and presented beautifully in the store, meeting
company standards
-Create staff work schedules to ensure the store is always properly staffed, especially during busy
times like prom and wedding season
-Help organize in-store promotions and bridal events, making sure the sales team is ready to
handle extra customer traffic during these times
-Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner,
ensuring a positive shopping experience
-Work with the marketing team to promote special offers and new arrivals, making sure the sales
team is aware of all promotions to assist customers effectively
Qualifications
-Completion of Secondary School or above
-1 to 2 years of prior sales experience required
