Job Description:
Top Point Auto is based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality repair and maintenance services for all vehicle makes and models. From routine oil changes and brake repairs to complex engine diagnostics and transmission repairs, our team of skilled technicians has the expertise and equipment to get the job done right the first time.
We are now looking for a motivated and hardworking Sales Supervisor who will plan, direct, and evaluate sales activities and coordinate staff within and across the sales team.
Responsibilities:
1.According to the overall company's development strategy and annual objectives for pre-owned vehicle sales, approve or edit sales plans.
2.Oversee and organize the sales team, assign tasks to sales employees and create work schedules.
3.Approve refunds and supervise merchandise returns.
4.Address any problems that arise, such as customer complaints and inventory shortages.
5.Monitor inventory levels and place orders for merchandise.
6.Analyze the results from marketing research surveys and share them with the department.
7.Create reports utilizing the company CRM to improve lead generation plans, sales forecasting and identifying sales targets.
8.Initiate and participate in the sales and marketing activities; consider the company's and the major competitor's advantages and disadvantages.
9.Ensure all safety standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are communicated, implemented, and followed.
10.Recruit and train new sales staff and assess their performance.
11.Direct and motivate sales staff for future growth.

1.College diploma or above.
2.At least five (5) years of experience as a sales supervisor or manager, preferably within the automobile, manufacturing, or other related industries.
3.Profound experience in personnel management.
4.Excellent sales and customer service background with a proven track record of success.
5.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
6.Strong computer skills, advanced level in Microsoft Office, and be able to learn additional software programs quickly.
7.Some weekend/evening/holiday hours may be required.
