Salary: C$22.00 based on 30-36hr/wk
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years related working experience
Language: English
Job Description:
– Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules to cover all shifts
– Supervise staff and cashiers’ performance
– Supervise Cash-in/ Cash-out procedures
– Maintain inventory and order merchandise accordingly
– Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
– Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store
– Sell merchandise to customers if necessary
– Ensure that the store’s visual standards and cleanliness are maintained
– Train or arrange for training of new sales staff if necessary
