Sales Supervisor Job

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stage hands, design team members, office staff, and volunteers
Assign sales and support staff to daily duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Hire, train, and arrange ongoing training and professional development for staff
Provide coaching and instruction to support skill development and performance improvement
Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
Order merchandise and supplies as required to support business operations
Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising activities, and personnel matters
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees
Resolve operational issues, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages
Ensure workplace policies, safety standards, and company procedures are followed

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Wage: 37.00/Hour
