Location: Gow’s Home Hardware and Furniture
Job Type: Full-Time, 32 hours per week
Wage rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Assign sales workers to duties
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Supervision of 3-4 people
Requirements:
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in retail or customer service.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
