Sales Specialist Job

A Sales Specialist is needed in Opelika, Alabama.

• Coordinate sales operations in manufacturing hard plastic automotive parts made from advanced composite materials such as Glass Mat Thermoplastics (GMT), Expanded Polypropylene (EPP), sheet molding compounds (SMC), and other engineered compounds to OEMs and Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and explain product benefits.
• Prepare simple price quotes and share product information with customers using tools like spreadsheets or company templates.
• Assist in preparation of sales presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and performance of composite-based automotive components.
• Analyze customer specifications and technical requirements to recommend appropriate product configurations and ensure proper application of materials.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide client feedback, support product customization, and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Keep track of sales activities and customer communication using basic sales tracking software or reporting tools.

HS Diploma and 2 years of experience in sales.
