Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Customer Coordination
• Support sales operations for HKMC NA and manage day-to-day customer coordination.
• Handle Purchase Order (PO) processing and shipment coordination.
• Manage sales administration documents, including quotations, contracts, and related paperwork.
2. Strategic Cost & Profitability Management
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by monitoring production and warehouse operational expenses.
• Design optimal cost structures based on industry trend analysis.
3. Market Research & New Business Development
• Conduct market research on North American automotive industry trends and identify new project pipelines.
• Formulate optimization strategies for CKD (Complete Knock-Down) and raw material supply chains.
