Sales Specialist Job

A Sales Specialist is needed in Montgomery, Alabama.

• Coordinate sales activities and part development operations in manufacturing of automotive parts, such as engine cover, bumper under cover, radiator grille, front door trim and wheel cover.
• Present product features and technical specifications (materials, tolerances, performance ratings), emphasizing how parts align with customers’ manufacturing and repair requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contract terms; negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
• Finalize orders and submit sales contracts, working with internal teams (production, logistics, QA) to confirm order feasibility and delivery timelines.
• Arrange delivery and oversee installation or integration of parts at customer sites as needed—collaborating with technical teams for training or support.
• Compute material costs, installation expenses, and potential production savings, and convey return-on-investment to clients.
• Provide ongoing technical support, respond to customer inquiries about parts performance, warranty issues, and maintenance recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, preparing reports for management to support strategic decision-making and product positioning.

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
