SALES SECRETARY
Sukhi Bath Motors Inc. is a family-owned and operated premier retailer of pre-owned vehicles. Our dedicated sales staff and top-trained technicians are here to make your auto shopping experience fun, easy, and financially advantageous. We specialize in newer-year vehicles and take pride in ensuring that each car, truck, SUV, van, and commercial vehicle undergoes a thorough safety inspection and preventative maintenance.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Secretary to join our team. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours to meet our business hours.
The Sales Secretary will have the following responsibilities:
• Carry out clerical duties, including handling day-to-day operations for the Car Sales Department.
• Follow up and schedule appointments with potential clients in person or by phone.
• Create and maintain client information and a log of vehicle purchase information.
• File, copy, fax, email, and prepare correspondence.
• Prepare sales reports.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of cars sold and trade-ins.
• Support the sales team in preparing purchase agreements, warranty documents, etc.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Skills and qualifications:
• Completion of Secondary Education required.
• Minimum 1-year experience working in similar positions providing clerical support to the sales team.
• Good command of English, both written and oral
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office
• Familiarity with a car dealer management system would be considered an asset.
Compensation: $29.50/hour – 40 hrs per week
Hours of work: Flexible, includes weekends and evenings.
