Sales Representative – Red Label Enterprises Job

Your Tasks
You engage directly with potential customers to introduce and promote our products and services
You support clients through the entire sales process — from first contact to closing the deal
You build strong relationships to increase customer satisfaction and long-term retention
You participate in team trainings to sharpen your sales, communication, and product-knowledge skills
You represent Red Label Enterprises professionally at events, meetings, and in-person interactions
You maintain accurate records of customer conversations, leads, and follow-ups
You collaborate with team members to hit weekly and monthly sales goals
You gather real-world feedback to help improve customer experience and marketing strategies

Your Profile
You enjoy talking to people and have a friendly, confident personality
You can explain products clearly and understand customer needs quickly
You are motivated, eager to learn, and open to coaching
You bring strong time-management and organizational skills
You can work independently, but also thrive in a team-focused environment
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus — but not required (we train you!)
You are reliable, committed, and ready to grow your career
