Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Participate in service, brand, and product knowledge training.
Assist customers with the application process.
Manage inventory tracking.
Stay informed of company and client policies, procedures, and promotions.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and customer information collected.
Implement taught systems to achieve individual and company goals.
Gain knowledge of systems implemented during each customized client promotion/field campaign.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic sales plans.
Qualifications
Strong work ethic, student mentality, and a positive attitude.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with the general public (no direct sales experience required).
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to learn software and applications.
Ability to work independently with moderate to minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques.
