Sales Representative (NOC: 64100) Job

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect decorative building materials for their projects.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their needs to offer personalized product recommendations.
• Advise customers on the features, quality, care, and use of our luxury building materials, including marble décor sheets, wall panels, and custom designs.
• Provide pricing, credit terms, and delivery details, and prepare sales contracts for purchase.
• Maintain accurate sales records and assist in inventory control.
• Assist with the display of products, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing and organized manner to attract potential customers.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases and provide excellent post-sale support.
• May assist with sales through online platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience in both in-person and digital channels.

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
