Job Description:
We're looking for sales professionals who are tired of chasing leads.
Here's the deal: No cold calling. No door knocking. No begging for appointments.
Just you, pre-qualified homeowners who actually want to meet with you, and a proven product line that's been selling itself since 1966.
Great Day Improvements is expanding our team in Menomonee Falls, and we're looking for In-Home Sales Representatives who know their worth and want to be paid accordingly.
What makes this different?
→ Every appointment is pre-set and pre-qualified (yes, really)
→ You're selling premium exterior home improvement products people are actively seeking out
→ Full commission structure where top performers regularly clear $150K+ in year one
→ Professional training, best-in-class product samples, and ongoing support → A management team that actually has your back
What we need from you:
The ability to build trust quickly, listen to what homeowners actually need, and close deals using a proven presentation framework. You'll need reliable transportation, a flexible schedule, and the drive to be compensated based on your results, not someone else's ceiling.
