Job Description:
NOTE: If you are interested in applying for this position, then please reply as instructed online, whereby you will receive further contact information.

We sell and install a major item, and we literally get thousands of calls daily from customers who have seen our TV commercials and other ads. Those customers request a visit from sales representatives to their homes when they are ready to purchase. Before we send you the sales representative out, we pre-approve each customer’s credit. You will never have to deal with someone who is unqualified, because each customer is pre-approved for a loan – of course, the customer can also make an outright full-price purchase, thereby bypassing the need for a loan.

A sales representative earns $25 for each 90-minute product presentation, regardless of the outcome of the visit with the customer. The greatest compensation, of course, is after a purchase, in which your average commission will be $600 to $700 per sale. The compensation varies with the price of the item – what we sell ranges in price from $299 to $10,000. The lead generation department of our company will strive to provide you with two to three pre-approved customer leads per day. Not all of these will result in a sale, but our average closer makes a sale to 40% to 50% of all appointments. Doing the math, a sales representative’s weekly compensation could range between $2,500 to $3,500 (pay is by commission only). Note that there is NO startup fee from your end. There are a few requirements, though:

• Sales experience, particularly with large items such as cars, flooring, roofing, windows, etc.
• An understanding of the financial responsibilities associated with a major purchase;
• Solid work ethic – successful sales representatives might work up to six days per week;
• Seasonal work – our sales season lasts from February to August 15th in a given year;
• Slow start to the season – sales can move slowly during the late winter and early spring months;
• Regional focus – we advertise nationwide, but our current market is in the South and Midwest;
• Training – your in-person attendance at a 2½-day training session is mandatory.
• Training locations are in Birmingham, Dayton, Gainesville, Knoxville, Louisville, Oklahoma City, Raleigh-Durham, St. Louis, and Waco – you must either live in or be able to get to one of these cities;
• Regional blackouts – we are currently not hiring anyone from Georgia or Louisiana;
• Startup and training dates – a 2½-day session starts on either Sunday or Wednesday;
• Social security card - your possession of one (yours) is mandatory.

The season moves quickly – we are already into it, so be efficient in taking advantage of this opportunity. My job is to recruit sales representatives. Once you have been hired – and during the hiring process – you will be provided with much more information. Contact me first, as follows, to get started.
