Sales Representative Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening brand presence. Responsibilities include:
Participating in service, brand, and product knowledge training
Assisting customers throughout the application process
Managing and tracking inventory
Staying informed on company and client policies, procedures, and promotions
Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and customer information
Executing proven systems to achieve individual and company goals
Gaining a thorough understanding of systems used in each client promotion and field campaign
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Collaborating with internal teams to support strategic sales initiatives
