Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Commission-Only Sales Representative who thrives in a performance-based environment. This role is ideal for an ambitious, self-motivated professional with a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and selling our services to businesses in the Dallas, TX area and beyond.
Job Requirements:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value of our services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Deal Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies effectively.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and update CRM tools with progress and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in Customer Support or Tech is a plus).
Self-Motivated & Driven: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive approach.
Networking Ability: Established network of business contacts in the Dallas, TX area is highly desirable.
Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong ability to negotiate deals and close sales efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media for lead generation.
Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to adjust strategies based on market trends and client needs.
