Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in above ground pool sales. This is a full-time, commission-based role designed for self-motivated individuals who enjoy helping homeowners create fun and lasting backyard experiences.
Job Requirements:
Attend 12–15 pre-set appointments per week with interested buyers (no cold calling required).
Engage with customers to understand their needs, present pool options, and close the sale.
Follow up with clients prior to appointments to confirm details and build rapport.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and consultative sales approach.
Travel within a 2-hour radius of your home for appointments.
