Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue and representing the Red Label brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits
Build strong relationship with current and potential customers
Communicate and sell products/services to customers effectively
Negotiate sales and close deals to achieve optimal profits
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals
Work cooperatively with internal team members to maximize sales and marketing efforts
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activity
Provide periodic sales reporting and feedback to management
Qualifications
Successful history of sales experience, preferably in B2B or direct sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
High strength of work habit, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Independent but a team player who can work either way
Additional value if familiar with CRM computer software
Diploma in high school; college degree ideal
