Key Responsibilities
• Research and analyze local market trends, customer demographics, and dining patterns to identify promotional and business development opportunities for the Victoria location.
• Develop and implement local marketing and promotional initiatives to increase customer traffic, brand visibility, and repeat business.
• Establish and maintain promotional partnerships with nearby hotels, tourism organizations, cruise-related businesses, downtown offices, and neighbouring businesses.
• Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and special events to strengthen community engagement and customer outreach.
• Promote and coordinate VIP membership and customer loyalty programs, including membership promotion, customer relationship maintenance, and repeat customer engagement initiatives to local residents, tourists, and corporate customers.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, signage, vouchers, and community-based marketing materials.
• Analyze customer feedback, visitor traffic patterns, and consumer preferences to improve promotional strategies and customer experience.
• Coordinate corporate group inquiries, event-related promotions, and partnership opportunities with external organizations and local business partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and prepare related reports and recommendations for management.
• Support management in strengthening the restaurant’s market presence and maintaining consistent promotional strategies within the local Victoria hospitality market.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum a college diploma in marketing or a related filed.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, on-site experience in marketing, sales, promotion, or business outreach coordination, or a related field is required.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, restaurant, or a related filed is preferred.
• Strong market research mindset and skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, coordinating, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and restaurant staff.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and promotional communication tools is preferred.
