Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive eCommerce sales growth and support the development and launch of new products across multiple channels including Amazon, iHerb, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Sales & Channel Management:
• Manage and grow sales on platforms such as Amazon, iHerb, and Shopify
• Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, A+ content)
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activity
• Track performance metrics (sales, conversion, traffic, ROI)
Digital Marketing Execution:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, social media)
• Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Create marketing materials (flyers, product pages, ads)
Product Development & Launch:
• Support development of new dietary supplement and skincare products
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Assist in product positioning, naming, and pricing strategy
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, and production teams for product rollout
• Develop launch plans including marketing, sales strategy, and timelines
Sales Support Business Development:
• Support B2B and retail sales initiatives (including consignment programs)
• Prepare sales materials and presentations
• Assist in identifying new sales channels and partnership opportunities

Required:
• 2–5 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or sales
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, data interpretation)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Experience in dietary supplements, skincare
• Familiarity with iHerb platform
• Experience with product development or product launch cycles
• Knowledge of FDA dietary supplement or cosmetic regulations
• Experience with Canva, Shopify, or marketing tools
• 2–5 years experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or sales
