Sales & Marketing
Develop and manage sales strategies to grow OEM and aftermarket accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, quotes, and performance reports.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional materials.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing or strategy as needed.
Customer & Order Management
Oversee customer order processing and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate closely with production and logistics to meet client demands.
Address customer concerns related to product availability or shipping.
Warehousing & Inventory
Supervise inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales forecasts.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to improve storage and picking efficiency.
Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
Support cycle counts and inventory audits for accuracy.
