Job Description:
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients for our warehouse storage facility. This role focuses on selling storage, handling, and value-added logistics services to manufacturers, importers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce businesses. Ideal for companies needing immediate space, flexible terms, and fast inbound/outbound handling. The Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
•3–7 years of B2B sales experience in warehousing, 3PL, logistics, or freight services
•Proven experience selling pallet storage, short-term warehousing, or overflow capacity solutions
•Strong understanding of warehouse capacity planning, pallet storage pricing, and dwell time economics
•Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
•Experience working with 3PLs, brokers, and contract logistics providers
•Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
•Ability to manage multiple accounts and fast-moving opportunities
•Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.
