Job Description:
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales growth and manage key accounts. This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin and proven experience in technology sales and team leadership. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, international partners, and internal teams to drive revenue and build long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
1. Drive sales growth and revenue within assigned territories and key accounts
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and international partners
3. Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin with overseas suppliers and partners
4. Develop, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline
5. Identify customer needs and align company solutions accordingly
6. Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
7. Lead negotiations and close new business opportunities
8. Collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market and sales strategies
9. Support management with sales planning and execution

Qualifications
1. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional and business settings
2. 5+ years of sales and management experience within the Canadian technology industry
3. Bachelor degree or above; Canadian post-secondary education required
4. Proven ability to manage accounts and close new business independently
5. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
