ABOUT VACANCY
At this time, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys developing new prospects and interacting with existing and potential customers, as well as building long-term business relationships.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and oversee all sales operations
• Plan, direct, implement and evaluate sales activities aimed at expanding customer base
• Study market trends to determine consumer preferences and demands and define sales volumes
• Develop and implement price policies
• Track sales and monitor revenues
• Analyze sales and margins reports to identify variances year over year
• Identify and develop new opportunities for business growth and customer base expansion
• Deal with customer inquires and requests
• Recruit and train sales representatives and provide guidance to them
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-secondary diploma in business, business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with proven ability to deliver effective sales strategies and reach sales targets
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong consumer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time position
- $59.60 per hour
- 35 hours of work per week
- Overtime pay ($89.40/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week
- Work location: 301 Flint Road, Unit 3, North York, Ontario, M3J 2J2
