Job Requirements:
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily sales operations in both retail and wholesale settings.
• Supervise sales employees, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging consumer needs, assess competitors' activities, and forecast potential sales volumes.
• Determine the range of products and services offered, set competitive pricing strategies, and establish in-house credit policies as needed.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality inventory and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Design and execute sales and promotional strategies to expand market presence and boost brand awareness.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, approve operational expenses, and monitor revenue performance.
• Hire sales persons and provide training.
Job Requirements:
• Secondary school education required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or wholesale sales, preferably in the home improvement or building materials industry. Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is recommended.
