Sales Manager – Quantum Sport Therapy (NOC: 60010)

Location: Halifax, NS

Salary: $30 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
● Lead and oversee the sales department, ensuring the achievement of product, market, and financial targets.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote services and drive
business growth.
● Manage and support sales staff, assigning duties, establishing sustainable
sales programs, and tracking performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Implement customer management tools to analyze consumer demand, sales potential, and market trends.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market data and field insights into sales strategies.
● Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
● Provide management with timely insights on industry trends, business opportunities, and changes in the therapeutic landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
● Minimum college diploma in business or a related field with a specialization in sales.
Experience:
● At least three years of experience in sales or a related role.
● Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, with experience in strategic
planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Skills & Competencies:
●Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
● A track record of high performance and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
● Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
