Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with the ability to:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market share;
• Lead and oversee the sales team, provide guidance to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue;
• Build and maintain strong local and overseas customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from initial contract to post-sale follow-up;
• Monitor both local and overseas market trends, competitor activities as well as customer preferences to optimize sales;
• Implement price and credit policies for all services and cars to be sold
• Hire, recruit, and supervise whole sales team members, develop and implement training programs to enhance team’s skills and product knowledge;
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and adapt strategies accordingly;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Manage team budget, allocate resources effectively to achieve financial targets

Job Requirements:
• Completion of diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Minimum two years of proven working experience as sales representative or in related field is required. Experience in sales management position is preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
