Sales Manager Job

At this time, we need an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, direct and evaluate the implementation of proactive sales procedures
• Ensure sales efforts align and support overall organizational strategy, both long- and short-term
• Establish key sales plans, including processes and strategies for contracting, business planning and forecasting
• Track sales and generate reports
• Develop and implement sales and promotional activities
• Analyze sales and margins reports to identify variances year over year and trends with categories to identify and develop new opportunities for business growth and improvement
• Provide guidance and training to other sales team members

QUALIFICATIONS
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration or related field with a specialization in sales
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with proven ability to deliver effective sales strategies and reach sales targets
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong consumer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WORK CONDITIONS
- Permanent, full-time position
- $58.00 per hour
- 35 hours of work per week
- Overtime pay ($87.00/ hour) applies after 44 hours of work per week
- Work location: 273B Bowes Road, Unit 5, Concord, ON L4K 1H8
