Sales Manager – Chemical Distribution Job

Job Description

Gretis Global is seeking experienced Sales Managers with a strong background in Chemical Distribution for multiple opportunities with a confidential client in California.

This is a remote position for candidates who currently reside in California, with approximately 30% in-state travel. Candidates must have a proven track record in chemical distribution sales, territory management, account management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer accounts within the chemical distribution industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
Manage assigned territories and sales pipelines.
Develop and execute territory and account strategies.
Build long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
Travel approximately 30% within California as required.
Required Qualifications
Must have direct Chemical Distribution experience.
Must currently reside in California.
Strong sales leadership experience.
Proven experience in territory and account management.
Strong background managing chemical distribution sales relationships.
Experience with business development and new customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel approximately 30% within California.
