Sales & Logistics Manager Job

Logistics Management
Manage daily shipping, receiving, and delivery operations.

Coordinate inventory levels and delivery schedules with production.

Optimize transportation routes and control freight costs.

Ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.

Maintain accurate logistics documentation (BOLs, packing lists, etc.).

Sales & Customer Support
Communicate with customers on order status and delivery updates.

Provide lead times, freight quotes, and shipping options to clients.

Support sales team with logistics input during quoting and forecasting.

Resolve delivery issues and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination
Track logistics KPIs and prepare delivery performance reports.

Assist with demand planning and inventory projections.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams.

Vendor & Cost Management
Negotiate with carriers and logistics vendors.

Monitor shipping costs and identify savings opportunities.

Required at least 2 years of related logistics or sales experience in the automotive parts manufacturing field.
