Job Duties:-
• Set goals for the business, create or approve policies and plans.
• Give the go-ahead for the creation of significant departments and the senior staff roles that go along with them.
• Set up financial and administrative controls, create and approve promotional campaigns, allocate material, human, and financial resources for the implementation of organizational policies and plans, and approve overall personnel planning.
• Choose directors, middle managers, or other executive personnel.
• Organize the efforts of departments, divisions, or regions.
• In talks or other official activities, represent the company or assign representatives to operate on its behalf.

Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of work experience is required in related field
