Sales General Manager Job

Currently, we are seeking a ‘Sales General Manager’ to lead our sales operations, expand overseas markets, manage key accounts, and support long-term business growth.

Working Schedule: 9: 30 AM – 4:00 PM (Including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-time, 3-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities
? Set the company’s overall sales direction and establish targets for domestic and overseas markets
? Develop and approve sales, pricing, account management, and market expansion strategies
? Establish the sales structure and define responsibilities for retail, wholesale, and international sales
? Approve budgets and allocate staff, inventory, and promotional resources across sales channels
? Establish controls for sales performance, pricing, profitability, key accounts, and payment risks
? Approve promotional campaigns, product launches, and domestic and overseas expansion plans
? Select and overseas sales managers and approve overall sales staffing plans
? Coordinate sales with harvesting, purchasing, preparation, inventory, and distribution operations
? Review domestic and overseas demand, sales results, market trends, and product margins
? Oversee import and export sales policies and ensure business activities meet market and trade requirements
? Represent the company in major negotiations with retailers, wholesalers, suppliers, importers, and overseas distributors

? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international trade, or related field
? Minimum five years of experience in sales, wholesale trade, or international trade, including experience in a senior management role
? Strong knowledge of domestic sales, international trade, and import-export business
? Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and account management skills
? English required; additional languages are an asset

We are a North Vancouver-based seafood company with integrated operations that include retail, wholesale, and direct harvesting through our own fishing vessel. We offer a wide selection of fresh and live seafood, in-house prepared seafood products, and ready-to-eat takeaway meals to local customers, while also supplying seafood products to domestic and international markets.
