Job Description:
TNI Network Inc., located at #5069 Beresford Street, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4N2, is looking to fill a vacant position for a Sales and Fundraising Supervisor [NOC 62010]. This will be a full-time, permanent position.
Job duties:
• Interview and onboard new employees;
• Prepare and coordinate territory for sales and fundraising representatives;
• Communicate with the team regularly for proper organization;
• Teach and train new and existing representatives;
• When necessary, review with HR to progressively discipline current employees;
• Plan and execute business trips;
• Promote and motivate employees to reach fundraising goals;
• Feedback and complaints need to be communicated with team members and clients;
• Coordinate and execute plans and goals with management and head office;
• Work as a team and communicate effectively for the betterment of the team’s overall efficiency;
• Engage conflict resolution skills;
• Lead by example to carry out fundraising initiatives with the team in the field to achieve collective goals
This position is full time, 12:00PM-8:30PM, five days of the week depending on schedule. Applicants may be required to work on weekends
Compensation is $25/ per hour, 40 hours per week
Overtime pay 1.5x over regular 40 hours per week
Benefits include minimum provincial benefits and extended health after 3 months and dental after 6 months.
Vacation pay is paid weekly
