Job Description:
1. Present company’s various special steel products with technical expertise and monitor sales against targets by developing compelling proposals tailored to specific customer requirements, responding to requests for proposals with detailed product specifications and industry-specific solutions, and evaluating market trends to adjust sales forecasts and strategies;
2. Confer with customers and engineers to identify and assess product needs and requirements, engaging in detailed discussions and promoting sale of products that align with customer goal and sales plan;
3. Respond to the internal/external technical support requests related to the products, product selection, application, specification, etc. by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company’s products, industry news, competitors, and emerging technologies, and delivering technical presentations;
4. Prepare yearly business plan in cooperation with management, set the sales strategies and plans, and monitor the implementation of the plans ensuring the achievement of the objectives;
5. Receive all technical documentation and inquiries and conduct an opportunity assessment in line with the strategy and vision;
6. Perform quality inspection, implement quality standards of the company, provide on-site support or trainings for customers when required, and identify resale opportunities;
7. Strengthen existing customer relationship and develop new potential ones

Job Requirements:
Applicant must have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related. In alternative, applicant must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related plus minimum of 5 years of experience as Sales Engineer or related sales positions.
