Sales Engineer Job

Hayes & Stolz Industrial Manufacturing Company, a leading manufacturer of customized bulk material handling and processing equipment, is seeking to hire a new sales team member. Our focus is to understand our customer’s equipment requirements and deliver a solution that is reliable and cost effective. Sales team members are responsible for the developing sound equipment proposals and working with our customers through drawing reviews, change orders, production scheduling and delivery. Key attributes for the position include excellent communication and computer skills, accurate estimating and costing ability, engineering and mechanical aptitude, and an interest in working with our clients in agribusiness, food processing, and building materials.

Previous experience in equipment sales, bulk material handling, construction estimating, or construction project management is preferred. A degree in engineering, industrial technology, construction management, animal or feed science, or similar is acceptable in lieu of industry experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.

The new team member will be working in our new facility in Burleson, Texas with occasional travel for conferences, trade shows, and customer visits.
