Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our dynamic international recruiting company. Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries. We focus on SMEs and we are interested in prospects from any location but we cannot currently recruit people in languages other than English.
As our first SDR, you will play a pivotal role in executing the Go-To-Market strategy of our Founder and provide feedback from the market in relation to our overall business development activities.
Use Linkedin Recruiter for outreach messaging to identify potential clients.
Make use of sales intelligence, sales engagement, sales automation, and conversation intelligence tools.
Engage with prospects through various channels and nurture relationships to set the stage for successful recruitment partnerships.
Maintain an accurate Deal Pipeline in Notion. Optimize outreach messaging and track response rates to maximize engagement. Track and report on lead generation metrics, analyzing trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
Identify buyer signals and then utilize various outreach methods (first inbound then outbound), including email, whatsapp, phone calls and calls in Google Meet to engage prospects, considering that we need to work smart. We are a company of 5 people so we don't invest in cold emailing / cold calling.
Collaborate with our recruiting team so that you can qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining if our solutions align with their goals.
Collaborate with our marketing team so that you can refine outreach strategies and marketing materials.

Compensation Structure:

Commission-Based: Earn 5% of the annual gross income for the first position filled for any client agreement you bring. Payments are made 40 days after the position is successfully filled.
Full-Time Option After 3 Months: Transition to a full-time role, with the following updates:
Commission reduced to 1% due to base salary and additional benefits.
Salary package includes 30% above the base salary in your country, health insurance, pension scheme, and employment costs managed via remote.com.
