Homelora Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and contributing directly to business growth within the real estate industry.
As a Sales Development Representative at Homelora Estate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities and strengthening our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through inbound and outbound lead generation efforts
Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and digital communication channels
Qualify leads by understanding client needs, timelines, and budget requirements
Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and build trust
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus
Interest or experience in real estate sales is an advantage
