Job Description:
VisionPoly Solutions is the Bay Area’s leading provider of polycarbonate products, helping customers find the right materials and solutions for projects such as patio covers, pergolas, greenhouses, and more.

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Manager to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a hands-on role for someone who is strong with customers, confident in sales conversations, organized with quotes and orders, and comfortable coordinating across sales, operations, and service.

In this role, you will work directly with customers by phone, email, and in person, helping turn inquiries into completed sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery or installation.

What you’ll do:

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in visits
- Prepare accurate material estimates based on customer project dimensions
- Recommend suitable products, accessories, and installation solutions
- Generate invoices and process payments
- Maintain clear and accurate order and transaction records
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business
- Coordinate installation services with customers and installation teams
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
- Help maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety
- Present product samples and explain technical features such as UV protection, light transmission, and material thickness

What we’re looking for:

- At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle customer questions, objections, and follow-up effectively
- Experience with quoting, estimating, invoicing, or order processing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic
- Ability to balance sales responsibilities with operational coordination
- Experience in building materials, construction products, hardware, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus
