Sales & Cost Specialist Job

• Analyze pricing strategies and cost structures to ensure market competitiveness and sustainable profitability.
• Review and assess customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation), collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely responses aligned with client needs.
• Draft and edit sales proposals, contracts, and agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Develop compelling sales presentations by gathering relevant data and creating clear, engaging content using presentation tools.
• Conduct in-depth market research—both domestic and international—and deliver analytical reports to support strategic sales, cost, and pricing decisions.
• Monitor production activities through ERP systems to forecast product demand and maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts or overstocking.
• Compile and submit monthly sales and cost performance reports.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain and collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements.
• Contribute to sales forecasting and annual budget planning by providing accurate sales and cost data.
• Conduct customer profitability analysis to support strategic pricing and account management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations for all pricing, cost, and contract-related documentation.
• Coordinate with the production teams to align sales orders with production schedules and optimize lead times to meet customer demand.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management preferred, or closely related field AND 1 year of experience.
