Sales & Cost Specialist Job

Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to the following:
- Develop accurate product and process cost estimates to support sales proposals, pricing strategy, and customer quotations
- Respond to customer RFQs with detailed and competitive cost breakdowns, ensuring alignment with profitability targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and validate cost structures
- Analyze cost variances and identify key drivers to support profit margin improvement and pricing decisions
- Incorporate logistics, tariffs, and compliance-related costs into product pricing to ensure full visibility of total cost
- Provide cost-based documentation and support during customer pricing negotiations, helping defend pricing and maintain profitability
- Maintain and update costing data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards
- Prepare internal cost reports and visual summaries to track trends in cost performance and RFQ success rates
- Monitor and report on key cost and pricing KPIs, including material cost trends, margin performance, and cost-to-price ratios
- Participate in cost optimization projects aimed at reducing material, process, or logistics costs to enhance price competitiveness
- Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing pricing effectiveness and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering AND at least 6 months of experience
