We are seeking a high-energy Hunter to drive new logo acquisition in the automotive industry, with additional focus on manufacturing. This is a role for someone who thrives on building new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing complex IT services deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Sell a portfolio of IT services and solutions including application services, cloud & infrastructure, data analytics, and enterprise solutions.
Develop and execute account and territory plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior technology decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to design tailored, value-driven IT solutions.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7-10 years overall, with significant exposure to the automotive industry.
Proven success in pure hunting IT services sales, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
Strong network and relationships within the automotive sector; manufacturing connections a plus.
Ability to lead complex IT solution sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Local to Michigan with established automotive industry relationships.
Experience selling IT services in enterprise environments.
Self-starter mindset with resilience, drive, and adaptability
